VOGUE UK

Vogue UK's website has a drop down menu just for blogs on their home page. This menu contains 'The Blog Hub' this is the part of the website which contains all blogs. 'The Vogue Blog' is the magazines own blog and is updated almost daily by Vogue employees. This talks about the latest goings on in the fashion industry and also features 'today I'm wearing' where Vogue employees photograph and describe their outfits.
Also on the blog hub is various blogs by guest bloggers. These include Lara Bohinc, Henry Holland and Liberty Ross.
As well as these Vogue also includes a section on their favourite blogs, by doing this Vogue are generating publicity for these blogs and allows readers to discover blogs theyve never read before.

By looking at Vogue and Elle their is a considerable difference in their featuring of blogs, Vogue focuses alot more on blogs what with having their own and also guest bloggers. Could this be because they regard blogs as higher importance than what Elle think? Or are Elle behind in the blogging phenomnon?
